Chives Cut

Green Chives is an edible plant of the Allium species. The baby of the onion family, it is bright green free flowing with fresh mild onion like flavor. 
 
Extremely popular in the middle ages, chives to this day still are revered for the wide range of use. Got a recipe with onions that you love but want to mix it up a little? Change out the onions for some chives and take 'er for a whirl!
